Independent advisory, ongoing or as needed
Light-touch, expert challenge for boards, executives, HR and safety leaders making decisions that shape how work is experienced.
Why it matters
Independent advisory, ongoing or as needed
Many leaders do not need a large project. They need someone experienced, independent and not invested in a particular answer to test their thinking before they commit to it.
Advisory can be retained for steady support over a year, or used for a specific decision such as drafting a policy, designing a risk entry or planning a consultation.
Because the work is advice, decisions remain with you. We help you see options, trade-offs and gaps, and you decide what to do and who is accountable.
Scope
Where advisory helps

- Consultation planning
- Designing how workers and representatives will be consulted on a change or risk review.

Checklist
Good questions to bring to a first call
- What decision or document is coming up in the next quarter?
- Who is accountable, and who is not yet in the conversation?
- What have we already done, and what happened as a result?
- Where do we need independent challenge rather than reassurance?
- Which jurisdictions are involved?
- What do we need in writing, and by when?
FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Can advisory be retained for a period?
Yes. Ongoing arrangements and one-off pieces of advice are both possible, and either can be scaled up or down.
Will you make decisions for us?
No. We provide independent input and options. Your leaders decide.
How is this different from an audit?
Advisory gives advice and challenge. An independent audit tests evidence against agreed criteria. Combining them for the same scope can compromise independence, which we manage openly.
