Neurodiversity at Work: Enabling Non-Standard Talent (Foundation)
A 15-minute foundation micro-course for People Managers and Talent Acquisition. It covers practical workplace environmental adjustments, clear instructions, asynchronous communication design and ways to remove executive-function barriers. It also shows how to separate general good practice from duties that need local legal verification.
This course gives people managers and recruiters practical, country-neutral habits for working with neurodivergent colleagues and candidates. Two short text lessons cover environmental adjustments, instruction clarity, asynchronous communication and executive-function supports. A 10-question quiz follows. The content is general good practice only. It does not describe any specific legal duty, and it does not replace consultation with employees, work-design controls or local legal advice.
