This helps colleagues in any country recognise what moving Above the Line can look like in everyday work. It contrasts the four stages with the Below the Line patterns of masking, guardedness and emotional fatigue, and offers practical, optional actions. It also separates general good practice from legal duties, which vary by jurisdiction and need local verification. It is a country-neutral draft for human review. It does not claim accreditation or legal compliance, and it does not replace work-design controls or employee consultation.
