Countering Everyday Micro-Exclusions

A 15-minute foundation micro-course for all staff on spotting subtle exclusion in meetings, project allocation and informal networking, and on using practical pivot language to bring sidelined colleagues back in.

This micro-course helps colleagues in any role notice small, easily missed patterns of exclusion and respond with simple, respectful language. It has two short text lessons and a 10-question quiz (80% pass mark). It is country-neutral and offers general good practice only. It does not state what any law requires anywhere, and it separates optional practical suggestions from duties that need local legal verification. Training of this kind does not replace work-design controls or employee consultation. All content requires human review before use.
